Administering the language versions

Up to table of contents
How are the language versions administered?

Every object stores all its language versions. If an object is queried for one language that is not available, there is a fallback mechanism that returns another available language or the sites default language. Furthermore each object stores the information whether its language versions are completely translated or not, so that translators always can query the system for objects needing attention.
