How can barrier-free pages be guaranteed (for example mandatory field for alt-text, tables etc.)?
The framework and all html templates of the system will be barrier-free, that is in this project WAI-AA conform. As the content managers have full control over their content, it lies in their responsibility to produce such content. There is though a built in workflow that requires two reviews before the content is published, so here is a possibility for control.
